The staff was caring and attentive. Location: the hotel was close to the palace, all the shopping malls and restaurants & shops.

The hotel's location was comfortable and unbeatable, central to Dongdaemun & close to restaurants & shops with a shopping area and a local market within walking distance. Everything was amazing, amazing breakfast. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the roof top bar.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were very friendly. The room I stayed in was brand-new and modern with nice view as well as ventilation. The location was comfy and perfect, near a major subway station that has 4 different lines, I loved it. The food was good, had a wide range of options. This was my very enjoyable stay on my last night in Seoul.
